Who/What : Germany RARE FDC 10 Years WHW 9.1.43 Unaddressed Cover. First Day Covers are considered rare or scarce for these 3rd Reich issues. Cover was stamped on the day stamps were issued. It is typical to find stamps with a fancy cancel but these are often done after the stamps were first released. The 2016 Michel catalog value for this is 150 Euros!
