For your kind consideration is this CGC 9.4/NM copy of Amazing Spider-Man #324 with off-white to white pages from 1989. This book is a HTF Mark Jewelers Insert variant, is a newsstand edition (as are all Mark Jewelers) and features a Todd McFarlane cover.

It is also part five of Michelinie's Assassin Nation Plot storyline in which Sabretooth is revealed as the Assassin. That's my way of saying, It's fun to haggle. I also include a raw mystery book with every slab I sell, usually from the same title...
